We are growing
After three months of recipe trials and testing in a small room, Balista was born in 2017. With just 6 burgers and 6 wraps, we started our journey in a food van. Following our success, we expanded to our first outlet in Gandhinagar in 2018.
Our menu proudly offers Pure-Vegetarian and Vegan options, including Jain and Swaminarayan dishes. In 2021, seizing an opportunity to expand globally, we opened our inaugural franchise outlet in Ottawa in November. Our mission is to provide fresh, healthy fast food with unparalleled customer service.

Bringing a science background and over a decade of experience in the QSR chain, Mr. Sanjay is a young and passionate entrepreneur. He demonstrates strong skills in administration and kitchen planning.
Mr. Dhinal Baxi

As a core team member, Mr. Dhinal has over a decade of experience in developing successful franchise systems. He identifies the right prospects for Balista and guides our future franchise expansion plans.
