With just 6 burgers and 6 wraps, we started our humble beginnings in a food van, determined to bring the authentic flavors of India to the streets.

Our Story In 2018, after receiving an overwhelming response from our customers, we expanded to our first outlet in Gandhinagar, bringing our unique blend of Indian fast food to a wider audience. Our menu is a testament to our commitment to quality and inclusivity, proudly offering Pure-Vegetarian and Vegan options, including specialized Jain and Swaminarayan dishes.

A Global Presence In November 2021, Balista Bistro took a bold step toward global expansion by opening our inaugural franchise outlet in Ottawa, Canada. This move marked a significant milestone in our journey, allowing us to share our passion for fresh, healthy Indian fast food with an international community.
